Q. Where is the shop located?
A. The Beauty Network is located in the heart of San Francisco’s Richmond District: 5748 Geary Boulevard between 21st and 22nd avenues.

Q. What skincare lines do you carry?
A. We carry a selection of advanced & innovative American and European brands. Our clinic’s signature line—Shlomit Skin Ecology—is created by a top laboratory in Southern California, using the latest advances in cosmetic chemistry. We are trained chemical peel experts with PCA Skin and carry their line as well as other longtime customer favorites, Medicalia and Pevonia. We pride ourselves in being educated on the latest in skincare ingredients and product advancements and seek to bring you the best new brands on the market.
Q. What type of hair products do you carry?
A. We only carry professional salon hair care. Ingredients mean a lot to us—we avoid chemical perfumes, sulfates, alcohol, salts, petroleum derivatives, parabens and NEVER support animal testing. At The Beauty Network you can find unique and clean products from hard-to-find lines such as AG Hair, Alto Bella, Marrakesh and DevaCurl.
Shipping/Orders
Q. What is your return policy? :
A. We have a 30 Day Easy Return Policy. If you do not like the product, we will take it back no questions asked within the first 30 days. Customers must pay for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Q. What if my product arrives damaged? :
A. If your product arrives damaged, please call us at (415) 387 - 1477 to let us know and we’ll gladly replace the product free of charge.
Q. How much is shipping?:
A. Ground $9.50 (free on orders over $50) International orders $30 (free on orders over $150)
Q. Do you ship internationally? :
A. Yes! International orders also ship free on orders over $150
Q. When will my order ship? :
A. We offer same day shipping on orders received Monday-Saturday during our business hours. If we do not have the requested product in stock, we will rush a special order that will deliver the needed products within 24-72 hours.
Q. How do I track my order?:
A. You can access your order history/order status from your Beauty Network account that is created during your first order with us. You also will receive shipment updates from either USPS or UPS once a tracking number has been assigned to your package.
Q. There currently is a promotion but I do not see the discount in my cart :
