Professional-inspired LED skincare, in just 10 minutes
Trudermal Glow LED Light Therapy Mask brings three light wavelengths and three selectable treatment modes into one flexible, hands-free mask. Designed for an easy at-home routine, it uses 132 LEDs to deliver targeted blue, red and near-infrared light for the appearance of blemishes, fine lines and overall skin radiance.
Unlike a rigid mask, its soft medical-grade silicone conforms comfortably to the face. The rechargeable controller makes sessions portable, and each treatment automatically ends after 10 minutes. Trudermal describes this face-mask device as FDA-cleared for acne and full-face wrinkles.
What makes Trudermal Glow different?
- Three wavelengths, three modes: choose a light pairing to suit your skin goals rather than using the same setting every time.
- 132 LEDs for full-face coverage: integrated into a flexible silicone mask.
- A routine you can maintain: 10-minute sessions, typically three times weekly.
- Hands-free and rechargeable: adjustable straps, removable eye protection and a portable controller.
- A non-invasive addition to skincare: use on clean, dry skin, then follow with your preferred serum and moisturizer.
Three light modes, explained
Different LED wavelengths are selected for different skin goals:
- Anti-Acne | Blue 465 nm + Near-Infrared 850 nm: a mode intended for blemish-prone skin, pairing blue light with near-infrared light.
- Acne Repair | Blue 465 nm + Red 633 nm: combines blue and red wavelengths for a complexion affected by visible breakouts and texture concerns.
- Cell Rejuvenation | Red 633 nm + Near-Infrared 850 nm: designed for a skin-rejuvenation routine focused on the appearance of fine lines, smoothness and firmness.
Results vary by individual. Consistent use matters; this is not an overnight treatment.
How to use your LED mask
- Before your first session: read the manufacturer's instructions and perform the recommended inner-arm sensitivity test at least 24 hours beforehand.
- Start with clean, dry skin: remove makeup, creams and serums before treatment.
- Fit and select: connect the mask to its charged controller, secure the adjustable straps and select the desired treatment mode.
- Relax for 10 minutes: the mask switches off automatically at the end of the session.
- Finish with skincare: apply your usual serum and moisturizer after removing the mask. Clean the mask according to the care instructions.
For an initial routine, Trudermal recommends approximately three 10-minute sessions per week for at least six weeks, followed by maintenance as needed. Follow the specific schedule and precautions in the included user manual.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to use a serum with the mask?
No. Start each light-therapy session with clean, dry skin and apply skincare products afterward.
Do I need to hold the mask in place?
No. Its soft silicone construction, adjustable straps and rechargeable controller are designed for comfortable, hands-free use.
How quickly will I notice results?
LED routines require consistency, and individual results vary. The manufacturer recommends an initial course of at least six weeks rather than expecting a visible change after one use.
What is the difference between this face mask and the Trudermal neck mask?
This product is the face mask with three wavelengths and 132 LEDs. The separately sold neck and décolletage model has different LED specifications and is not included.
